What this site collects
When you book a session, this site collects only what is needed to hold your appointment: your name, email address, phone number, the service and time you chose, and an optional practical note. The booking form deliberately asks for no health information.
The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. A single functional cookie is used to keep the practitioner's admin area secure.
How your details are used
Your contact details are used to confirm, remind, or reschedule your appointment, and for nothing else. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Booking confirmations are sent by email and contain only your appointment's date, time, and service — never any clinical content.
Clinical confidentiality
What you share in session is held to the confidentiality standards of the profession, which are stricter than this website policy. The limits of confidentiality are explained in the first session.
Retention and your rights
Booking records are kept only as long as practice administration requires, then deleted. You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
